How can I prepare before my appointment?
Bring photos and dimensions of your room and looks you love. You can also download our design packet.
How do the retainers work?
For our 1-2 room and 3+ room design services, a retainer is required to begin your project. Your retainer is applied towards your total purchase with us. Contact our design team to discuss details.
What will my Design Studio Presentation include?
Your design expert will schedule a design studio presentation with you to share product selections, color palette development and room plans. Their room plans are proportionate, scaled and detailed. Design plans can include furniture, accessories, fabrics and window treatments.
What should I expect for Home Visit with a Senior Designer?
Home visits with Senior Designers are approximately 90 minutes long. During this time your designer will measure your space, noting architectural features, traffic patterns and existing decor.
I live far away, will you come to my home?
Our home visits are available in a limited geographic area. Please contact our design team to discuss your project and location. If we can't visit your home, we can also work in-store or virtually!
