Automated Access, Scraping, and AI Use Restrictions

Prohibited Automated Use

You may not access, retrieve, collect, scrape, harvest, copy, or monitor any portion of the Service or its content through automated means, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, scripts, headless browsers, automation frameworks, or similar technologies, without our prior written authorization.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is publicly accessible or requires authentication.

Circumvention of Safeguards

You may not attempt to bypass, evade, interfere with, or defeat any technical or organizational measures we use to protect the Service or regulate access, including but not limited to:

• Rate limits, access controls, authentication requirements, or usage caps
• IP-based restrictions, geographic controls, or bot-detection mechanisms
• Session controls, tokens, cookies, or request validation mechanisms
• Any measures intended to prevent automated or bulk access

Bulk Use and Data Extraction

You may not engage in bulk downloading, bulk data extraction, systematic copying, or the creation of derivative datasets from any content or data made available through the Service, whether directly or indirectly.

This includes compiling, aggregating, indexing, mirroring, or redistributing content or data in any form, including for internal analysis, competitive intelligence, resale, or publication.

AI, Machine Learning, and Model Training

You may not use, permit, or enable any content, data, images, metadata, pricing, availability information, or other materials accessed through the Service to:

• Train, fine-tune, validate, or benchmark artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Create or enhance datasets intended for use with AI-powered products or services
• Generate derivative datasets, embeddings, or representations for automated analysis or reuse

This restriction applies whether such use is direct or indirect, commercial or non-commercial.

Competitive and Commercial Use

You may not use the Service or its content for competitive purposes, including but not limited to:

• Price monitoring or price comparison services
• Product or catalog aggregation
• Market intelligence or competitive analysis platforms
• Republishing or syndicating content or data to third parties

Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor access to the Service to detect violations of these Terms, including automated or abusive behavior. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice:

• Block or restrict access to the Service
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Throttle, degrade, or deny requests
• Pursue legal remedies or equitable relief

The restrictions above do not apply to:

• Standard search engine indexing by widely recognized search engines (e.g., Google, Bing), provided such access complies with robots.txt and industry norms
• Access explicitly authorized by us in writing, including approved APIs or partner agreements

All other automated or bulk access is prohibited.
